· If you have accidentally placed an order, please write to us at email@example.com or call us within 3 hours , before the payment is processed.
· If you cancel the order before your product order has been processed, packaged and shipped, or has been sent for production, we will refund the entire amount.
· Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed and shipped or/under production.
· We take extreme care in producing, packing and shipping the product. Products once shipped, cannot be returned or exchanged. However, under special condition, if you find the product received in damage condition, you can claim a refund/exchange. You can email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the issue, with the photographic proof of the damaged product and the invoice details within 24 hours of receiving the product.
· All refund/return/exchange are subject of the discretion of Tangle & Inspire Team.
