Just as January is ending, winter is about to leave, at-least in the western part of India. Its pleasant in the day-time and by evening, we can feel the smooth cold breeze blowing. I can already see how the garden and neighbouring hills that are home to some exotic plants and trees, have changed their colors; eagerly waiting for the spring to arrive.

The arrival of spring also suggests the Season of Love is about to come. I can already see, some happy and young couples coming out of their homes either for walks, gatherings or long drives on their bikes. I and my husband too often find ourselves, getting out of home, just for a hot “Chai and Biscoot” - :-D. Our favourite at this point is to eat “hot poha” or the special Puneri “Omelet Pav”. I swear, I never had heard and tried this recipe of omelet pav, that has ingredients of vada pav masala; eaten along with omelet. And they are so tasty with that Adrak (Ginger) ki chai!
