Zentangle and Monogram - Instagram Live and Zentangle Works
Of late I have been so busy with Zentangle® back to back session, both with group and private classes that, even when I get ideas on the next topic to blog, I am unable to find that requisite time. This buzzyness is been going on since July 3rd week, and I have juggled through quite a tumultuous time both at personal and work level. But none of the bitter experience really, stayed in my heart, since I knew My Art is my prayer, worship and the best expression I can have in the moment. I have always been a sort of fighter from within, and I still continue to be, only this time, I am keeping my struggles away, and really rallying up to the terrace and being outspoken about the Treasure of Love, Joy and Wisdom I hold within. If you guys have read through my earlier well-known blogs – LifeinOneness InnocentSmiles, you would find one theme in common that is INSPIRATION. This inspiration is the vital force of my very existence. There have been days, weeks and months, when I have lost them, but then again, I FIND IT, I EMBRACE IT AND I AM GRATEFUL FOR IT.
So on 19th October, I decided to share this inspiration to the world with my Instagram Page @tangleandinspire. We had 85 minutes of Live Session, where we created Zentangle® and Monogram. This idea popped into my head, about two weeks back, since I know that the festival is around the corner, and people would love to create and gift their handmade artworks to their family and friends. I thought I will finish my FOTS session on October 13th 2019 and announce a feasible date for this kind of session together. But last week, for some off-set reason, Zentangle Monogram session did not happen, in Gurgaon, - due to last minute cancellations from couple of participants. I thought the Universe is giving me sign here, and without any doubt I decided to sign up for A LIVE EVENT on Instagram. Saturday morning, I tried to do some test video runs, and I was simply shaky, nervous, going on blank and took about 9-10 retakes to make some sense! Now this was embarrassing! I was somewhat cursing/criticizing my own guts -as to what madness led me to this Live Event Decision. How can I combine Talking, Tangling and Teaching, all at the same time? But then, I did! As soon as I went LIVE and in my first opening minutes, I realized that a Power Above Me has took over me, and I am just an instrument here. Also, my lovely participants, boosted my soul and spirit, and for next 85 minutes we catered to each other’s needs of creativity and fun.
